BUSINESS & BRANDING
I’ve spent the last few years leading the family of brands for global nonprofit social enterprise TechSoup. This complex brand family consists of six distinct brands and sub-brands that comprise 240+ websites. During my TechSoup tenure, I led the company-wide rebrand, managed the communications teams including events and social media functions, and directed the NetSquared program.
Somewhere in-between, I worked to launch the flagship client engagement center for Sutherland Global Services, as the VP of Innovation Design. I also co-founded culture-driven innovation company OpenInvo. My co-founder and I built the business from the ground up and made it our mission to bridge the so-called right brainers and left brainers of the world, producing unexpected and great results. What began as a tech startup pivoted the company and me into an innovation consultancy leader.
In addition, I’ve led several successful consumer rebrands in different product categories, along with customer experience and design strategy. I’ve worked with teams on each project to identify cultural trends, launch new products, and create memorable experiences.
